BenQ plans to launch its first tablet PC in China and Taiwan during the first quarter of 2011.The BenQ R100 tablet boasts a 10.1-inch touchscreen LCD with 1024 x 600 resolution,runs Google’s Android 2.2 mobile OS and an ARM-based processor made by Samsung Electronics that runs at 833MHz.The BenQ R100 features 8GB of internal storage as well as an SD slot able to handle up to 16GB SD cards,mini-USB and mini-HDMI ports to the device as well as a 3.5-millimeter earphone jack.This tablet works with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth wireless data transfer protocol and also 15mm thick and is 191mm by 244mm in size with weighs 720 grams.
