Here are several leaked pictures of the PowerColor Radeon HD 6970 video card. It is a high-end single GPU graphics card, which is based on AMD’s new “Cayman” architecture. This graphics card has a 2GB of GDDR5 memory, a 8-pin and a 6-pin PCI-E power connectors, two CrossFire bridge fingers and a tiny switch that allows users select between two BIOS ROM chips present on the cards (one ROM is programmable while the other is fixed). Additional specs include an updated AMD Eyefinity technology, which supports up to four displays (two DVI, one HDMI 1.4a and two DisplayPort 1.2). PowerColor will launch the Radeon HD 6970 in the third week of December 2010.
