Buffalo has announced a new hardware encrypting-enabled external hard drive, the Buffalo HDS-CXU2. The new Buffalo HDS-CXU2 is a 3.5-inch HDD for desktop storage and comes loaded with some powerful specifications. This new external hard drive brings SecureLock Manager software, which allows administrators to adjust different levels of security depending on user’s needs. It’s an useful drive which is bundled with ecoManager and capable of saving up to 17% of power consume.
